Day of Coordinator/Month of
Day of Coordinator is typically for clients who choose to do all of their planning but need someone on the wedding day. A planner may give a list of preferred vendors list as a tool to help in picking out vendors.
Planners can be a resource throughout the planning process for questions but most of the planners work doesn't start until closer to the wedding. Typical timeline for planners to jump in is about 30 or 60 days prior to the wedding date. That is when the planner does the following:
-
Gather all of the details that the wedding clients have planned
-
Create the wedding day timeline
-
Confirm final details with the event professionals who have been booked by the client
-
Run the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding
-
Coordinate the wedding day events
